IINDLELA OVCY PROJECT

The IINDLELA programme for orphans, vulnerable children and youth (OVCY) aims to equip OVCY’s with essential skills for effective integration into the labour market and to facilitate independence.  


The programme, which is implemented in rural towns across the KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo and North-West provinces, equips youth with soft skills, work readiness training, and hard skills to enhance their employability.

RSEC spearheaded the hard skills training, which includes Property Maintenance, Electrical Wiring and Welding, amongst others.
